Acer jumps to Centrino 2

Today Acer announced about Intel Centrino processors importing to Acer laptops. Now TravelMatte will have Centrino. So Acer published about two news business class notebooks: the TravelMate 5730 and the TravelMate 7730, both with Centrino 2. TravelMate 5730 has 15.4-inch WXGA widescreen display, Intel Core 2 Duo processor with up to 2GB of dual-channel DDRII memory and the Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset. For graphic they are offering ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470/HD 3650, nVidia GeForce 9300M GS or Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500HD graphics card. Other: wireless (802.11a/g/n) and Gigabit Ethernet LAN and modem connection. WWAN connectivity on 3G specific-configurations.

Second laptop- TravelMate 7730 has a larger, 17-inch WXGA+ widescreen display, it loads the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processor, the Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset, and up to 4GB of DDR2 667 MHz memory. In TravelMate 7730 are integrated 3D video card Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500MHD or nVidia GeForce 9600M GT/9300M GS. Acer offers one or two large Serial ATA hard disks for up to 320GB of storage. Without all this nice features you will get and some trifles: multi-in-one card reader, and a DVD-Super Multi optical drive (it can be configured with a Blu-ray drive as well), 802.11a/b/g/draft-n wireless, LAN, modem, and Bluetooth connectivity.
